Premium Conversion

Implementation

A Premium Conversion Plan can be set-up and put in place in a matter of weeks.

1. Fill out the online plan set-up.
2. Flex-Plan will receive the set-up and process the request.
3. Flex-Plan will create the Plan Document, Summary Plan Description and all supporting forms.
4. The client will set-up paycheck deductions for qualified insurance premiums to be deducted pre-tax.
5. Flex-Plan will invoice for the plan cost & send out the administrative binder & soft copy forms.
