Accessing Your FSA
Accessing your Dependent Care FSA is easy:
- Obtain a receipt from your dependent care provider. The receipt must include the dates of
service, type of care, cost, and the dependent's name.
- Fill out a claim form.
- Fax, email or mail your claim and receipt to Flex-Plan Services.
- Reimbursements will be issued according to your employer’s schedule.
Your Dependent Care FSA functions like a bank account--you will only be reimbursed up to the current balance in the benefit.
